DOMESTIC ORDERS
We offer free standard shipping within Mexico via DHL /Estafeta /Fed Ex depending on your delivery location.
Express shipping rates are available at checkout.
Most orders ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
However, during periods of high demand, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. We craft and pack with care —and sometimes, good things take time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Standard delivery time is approximately 4–7 business days, but may vary depending on the destination.

International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, or customs fees required by their country. In some cases, you may be able to pay these fees at checkout —in which case, your order will ship Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For hygienic and safety reasons, all eyewear purchases are considered final sale.
Because our frames and lenses come into close contact with the eyes and face, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once delivered.
Discounted or markdown products are also final sale.
